All new LaundryCard systems come with a 1-year subscription to Advanced LaundryCard LIVE (ALCL) with support contract (SLA) included, after this initial period you can renew your ALCL subscription or choose from the following three options for accessing CCI technical support. Keeping your SLA current will ensure that you have uninterrupted access to our 24/7* support team as well as discounts on upgrades and early access to new features. Accounts whose SLA have expired are subject to a $100 reinstatement fee upon renewal.

Option 1: ACH Yearly
1 year auto-renewing contract paid yearly via ACH bank account withdrawal.
- 1 Store - $600 per store
- 2 Stores - $500 per store
- 3 Stores - $400 per store
- 4+ Stores - $300 per store
Option 2: ACH Monthly
1 year auto-renewing contract paid monthly via ACH bank account withdrawal.
- 1 Store - $65 per store ($780 per year)
- 2 Stores - $63 per store ($756 per year)
- 3 Stores - $61 per store ($732 per year)
- 4+ Stores - $59 per store ($708 per year)
Option 3: Manual
1 year contract paid via credit card. Does not auto-renew.
- 1+ Stores - $800 per store
Out of contract support incidents fees:
- Normal business hours: $250
- After business hours: $350
