All new LaundryCard systems come with a 12-month trial subscription to Advanced LaundryCard LIVE (ALCL) which includes support. After this initial period you can renew your ALCL subscription or choose from the following three options for accessing CCI technical support.
Keeping your SLA current will ensure that you have uninterrupted access to our 24/7* support team as well as discounts on upgrades and early access to new features. Accounts whose SLA have expired are subject to a $100 reinstatement fee upon renewal.

Option 1: SLA - Manual 1 year SLA paid via credit card. Does not auto-renew.
Option 3: SLA - ACH Monthly 1 year auto-renewing SLA paid monthly via ACH bank account withdrawal.
Option 4: Advanced LaundryCard Live (ALCL) Access to additional functionality (dashboards, push reporting, alerts, and more!) with SLA included.
