Deleting your account from within the app:

Steps to delete an account from within the app:

  1. Login to the app

  2. Select settings from the menu on the bottom of the screen

  3. Select “DELETE MY ACCOUNT”

  4. Select “YES DELETE MY ACCOUNT”

Requesting to have an account deleted from outside the app:

To request the deletion of your FasCard account from outside of the app, please fill out the form on this page. You will receive an email confirmation upon account deletion. Please allow up to 48 hours for your account to be deleted.
