For F1 card only installs, the existing mounting hardware cannot be used with the F3 reader. Please provide a full model number from each unique equipment type so that we can determine the correct mounting hardware to send.

The F3 reader requires that the machine firmware be updated to level 2.2 before installing. For assistance in updating the machine firmware please reach out to your distributor.

Worldnet Credit Card Gateway Notice*

In order to support EMV payments with the new F3 card readers we must transition your account to utilize the Worldnet Payments Gateway. The Worldnet Gateway will replace your current gateway service, the fees associated with Worldnet may be slightly different then what you are paying now.

As we work through the Worldnet migration with you, you will be provided with the costs associated. Worldnet is not a merchant services provider; whenever possible we will work with your existing processor to board your account without changing processors.

If by chance your current merchant processor is not compatible with Worldnet, you will be required to change to a compatible merchant services provider.

How do you plan on purchasing?*

F2 to F3 upgrades are very simple, use the same mounting and harnesses, and take about 3 minutes per machine.

F1 to F3 upgrades require the mounting hardware to be changed and can take up to 20 minutes on some machines.

If top mount F3 card readers are required a new mounting hole may be required if not currently within 1.25 inches from front edge of the machine.
