| Customers screens have all been reworked to provide a new color scheme as well as cleaner more effective look. The new appearance will give your system an updated feel inviting your customers to take advantage of the new features. |

Updated Customer Account Screens
|

The customer overview screens have been completely redesigned with simplicity in mind. Customers will see a combined balance on the screen showing all bonus and cash balances together. Touching the balance window will reveal the customers balance break down allow them to see how the card balance is derived. Rules for how bonus and cash balances are used by customers are still controlled by you. The Wash to Win progress meter has also been updated making is even easier for customers to follow their point progress. New icons for adding cash or credit card have been implemented, further complimenting the simplistic design. A new tabbed access panel has been added to give customer even more access to their account history as well as new marketing features. |

Customer Card Activity

| Customers can now access their own card activity, simply pressing the Card Activity option from the top of the Customer Overview screen the customer will be presented with the transaction history for the day. |

Customer Registration

Customers may now self register their card using an on screen keyboard, by pressing the Registration option. New fields have been added in order to collect e-mail, and birthday information. You can now configure the system to automatically reward your customer for registering their card with bonus dollars! |

Coupon Codes

| It’s now possible to pre configure a coupon code that can be distributed to your existing and potential customers that will automatically be monitored and assigned by the system. Customer simply enter the coupon code in the appropriate screen and the system will automatically reward the customer the appropriate special. Coupons can be set up to give away bonus dollars or even temporary discounts. |

Birthday Bonus

Add a personal touch to your customers experience by offering a birthday bonus. New marketing feature will allow your customers who have registered their birthday to receive a bonus from the system automatically within a configurable time frame of their birthday. |
