The only way to properly manage a store today is to have the information provided by the LaundryCard system available to you. For marketing we use the wash to win, big bill bonus, and time of day pricing.  We also register cards to provide customer information and use most of the reporting information for bookkeeping purposes. The customers truly enjoy the ability to obtain bonus dollars through Wash to Win points and the extra discount provided by the Big Bill Bonus capability. The Time of Day pricing has increased my midweek business by 20%.

I really appreciate the availability of tech support in the evenings and weekends, when most of our business is done. My distributor, Sparklean Laundry Systems, turned me on the CCI. I would not be in this business if the technology for a LaundryCard system was not available.

What type of clientele do you have at your store?

Customer Makeup:  40% White, 40% Hispanic, 10% Black, 10% Other

The customers love the fact that they have no need to carry quarters from washer to washer.
