CCI Online backup Service is an automatic backup process that
runs each night, the process backs up important data files to allow
for a complete recovery of data in the case of severe data loss.
The back up package will be transferred though the internet to a CCI
storage server where it will be secured and managed incase a
recovery is required. These back up packages will be kept for 5
days before the oldest files are removed to allow space for the next
backup set.
A special program is called each night that collects and
transfers the following data to our secured data center…
- Copy of
previous days database
- Copy of
previous days log files
- Copy of
previous days collection details
- Copy of
monthly reports folder
The Online Backup service will automatically
E-Mail CCI tech support if a backup was not successful. CCI tech
support will take the necessary actions to resolve any backup
issues.
The Online Backup service provided by CCI will
include necessary software and license to install on existing
X-Changers. The service will include all of the data storage and
security costs incurred in order to host this form of backup
service. The service will also include necessary technical support
to install, deploy, and maintain the software. The service will
also include required technical support to recover and restore
missing data in the event that a recovery is required.
CCI Online backup is available on LaundryCard™ Premium and
LaundryCard™ Lite system that are running version 6 software or
higher, have a valid service contract, and have a
High-Speed Internet package installed.
