As laundry equipment evolves, equipment manufactures have designed microprocessors
to allow variable pricing options. This gives the customer the ability to choose a custom wash cycle and be charged appropriately.  Adding the Multi Level Vend Upgrade to your card readers will allow you to take advantage of the advanced features

 of the equipment and control them from the LaundryCard System.

CCI has taken full advantage of this new breed of ‘Intelligent’ controllers and
have used this technology to make pricing these machines very easy. With
just a few key strokes, store-owners can change all of the pricing options on
all of the machines in the store without going to each machine. Time of day
pricing has also been extended to allow unique price schedules to affect cycle
options, giving store-owners ultimate control in flexibility cycle pricing.
The new MLV upgrade is only available on certified equipment types. See
your CCI Distributor for more information on which types are supported.
 

With CCI, setting up Multi-Level pricing is simple yet flexible. For every machine there is a ‘Base Price’ and a number of options that your customer can choose. From the Equipment Setup Screen, Store Owners can set ‘Upgrade’ pricing for these options. For example; the base price of a machine could be $1.25, but if the customer chooses a ‘Hot’ wash then $.50 is added to the ‘Base

Price’.  Time Of Day pricing has also been extended to allow the options pricing to be adjusted by day of week and time of day.
 

Exclusively, CCI introduces Equipment Cycle Setup Options. From any local or remote location Store Owners can View and Modify cycle options. Adjust cycle time, spin time, dryer temperatures, and more with a simple point and click interface. Best of all, equipment setups are downloaded to all corresponding machine types automatically;

Setup one Topload Washer and the configuration will be automatically saved and downloaded into all of the stores Toploaders!
 

CCI has extended it’s report set to include the Multi-Vend  analysis Report.  This intuitive report allows Store Owners to see what options their customers have been choosing. This information can be invaluable in helping determine an optimal pricing structure for the store.  The data is downloadable and can be saved and imported into any spread sheet application for further analysis.

If your store was built prior to 4/1/2006 it's likely that your card readers are NOT compatible with MLV.  New readers will need to be purchased and installed with the appropriate installation kits and harnesses.  Trade In allowance will be made for good working readers that are returned for replacement with MLV compatible versions.
