We provide a configured Cisco PIX 501
firewall device. This device will protect your CCI system from
internet threats and give you VPN (Virtual Private Network) access
to your system. This type of access is very secure and will
help prevent any unwanted access to your system. |
This device
requires a static IP address, this can be obtained from your ISP
(Internet Service Provider). Once you have established a
broadband connection at your store with your ISP this information
should be obtained and configured on your local DSL or Cable
modem/Router.

Attendant Task Manager
 |
For many store owners its difficult to
keep a close eye on employees that work in the store. The
Attendant Task Manager gives the store owner the ability to schedule
reoccurring tasks the they expect to be completed by the store
attendants. |
The tasks can be scheduled to reoccur on
an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. When a task
becomes 'due' the X-Changer will display a Blue line at the top of
the screen, this should signal the attendant to review and complete
the pending task. Once they have completed the task they can
'Bump' the task off of the list, this will record the date, time,
and attendant that completed the task in a report that can be
reviewed by the store owner.
The attendant duties report indicates
which attendant are successfully completing tasks on time and which
are not. This tool can be essential for remote operators to
monitor their store. |

Attendant Work Scheduler
 |
Most attended stores have a work
schedule onsite to make sure that all of the open hours of the store
are covered with an employee. The Attendant Work Scheduler
automates this procedure by allowing a store owner or 'Head
Attendant' to enter a |
Schedule in the system. The system
uses the schedule to help manage overtime abuse by auto clocking
employees out who work beyond their scheduled time. There is
also a maximum clock in duration option that will make sure
'unscheduled' employees do not forget to clock out and will prevent
employee hours reports from having hundreds of false hours.
The scheduler has a copy and paste function that is helpful when
weekly schedules do not change and reduce the time it takes to enter
the schedule into the system. |

Technician Solution Tracker

LaundryCard®
already has a service tracking module for keeping track of the
service history of every machine in the store. The
Technician Solution Tracker expands this function to also show the
action taken to repair equipment that has been serviced. |
| Solutions can be loaded by the store
owner and customized to fit the need of the store. When a
service technician attempts to put a machine back into service they
will be prompted to choose a solution. This solution is
recorded in the service history log for the affected machine.
The Technician card has been further modified
to require that service personnel must 'Check In' with the system
when they arrive to perform service. When they have completed
their work they 'Check Out', these hours are retrievable by the
store owner and can be compared against service bills to ensure
proper billing time. |
