LaundryCard Lite now available |

CCI Introduces the first Laundromat Card system specifically focused on needs of small to medium sized laundromats. Until now Card Systems have been out of the reach of small Laundromat owners primarily due to the cost of the equipment, LaundryCard Lite brings lowers this obstical by offering a package that allows the owner to choose which features are most important and only pay for what they want. Additional features can be added at any time and the systems functionaliy can be expanded to include all of the same features of the LaundryCard Premium product. LaundryCard Lite is now available through CCI's nationwide distributor network.

Upgrades available for LaundryCard System Owners |

CCI announces the availability of system upgrades for all existing CCI system owners. The upgrades are separated in 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier has been designed to offer store owners the option of choosing the upgrade that is right for their location. The upgrades include High Speed Internet access, Credit Card transfers, Attendant Task Manager, Attendant Work Scheduler, Multi-Level Vend and much more. Voice Prompting Now Available for LaundryCard |
CCI unveils it’s latest product upgrade V.P.S. Voice Prompting System! This optional add on product will empower existing CCI store owners to ad the power of voice to their X-Changers.
The new friendly Bi-Lingual female voice will guide Laundry customers through system transactions and make interacting with the LaundryCard system more enjoyable. Store owners interested in adding this feature can visit the options page and click on Voice Prompting to learn more and hear samples.

Wash To Win is Available to CCI System Owners |
Card Concepts announces the official release of Wash to Win, a new marketing campaign that allows CCI store owners to promote their store to a new level.
Laundry customers can now earn Wash Points every time they user their card, then once they reach their goal the system will reward the customer with bonus dollars to start a machine for free or at a discount.
The system is completely automatic and configurable by the store owner.

CCI releases new integrated POS system |

CCI offically released the long awaited Point of Sale system that will seemlessly integrate into the Laundry Card system. Store owners can now sell items to their customers and allow them to pay for them with thier card. Drop Off laundry or Dry Cleaning are only a few of the possible services that can be integrated into the system. Exsisting Laundrycard customers can upgrade there system in order to purchase the new system and all new Laundry Card system will be POS ready.

Card Concepts unviels new Laundry Card website |

Card concepts unvieled their new website today. The company hopes that users, dealers, and employess will be able to utilize many of the sites intended features. Steve Marcionetti, Project Manger for the Laundry Card system said "We think that our new site will become a meeting place for users to share ideas and for us to learn form their experience with the product" The company plans to market the site though direct mail and advertizing the industry trade magazines.
